Lancaster Catholic
High School is governed by the scholastic policy of the Diocese of Harrisburg, as
issued from the office of the Diocesan Superintendent of Schools. Information on
course offerings, class rank, the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center
and the levels of study can be found in the Academic Program booklet which is available
in the Studies Office.

Graduation Requirements
|
Graduation from Lancaster Catholic High School depends upon the successful completion
of the required courses as mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Education,
the Superintendent of Education of the Diocese of Harrisburg, and Lancaster Catholic
High School.
A minimum of 25 credits in four years is required for graduation. Of the 25 credits,
21 are required by the Department of Education. A credit in Religion is required
for each year of attendance at Lancaster Catholic High School. In addition, each
candidate must demonstrate competence in word processing and library usage.
All students must maintain a minimum of six full credit courses per year.
A full credit course is defined as one worth one unit of credit.
